Concrete Service Company

 

1. Order Placement
 

• Customers can request concrete services by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.

• Orders should include specific details such as quantity, delivery location, service type (ready-mix, pouring, etc.), and project timelines.

• A formal quote will be provided based on the project scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

 

2. Service Confirmation
 

• Upon order approval, customers will receive a written confirmation detailing:

• Service scope

• Estimated delivery/service time

• Pricing breakdown and payment terms

• A 50% deposit is required for service scheduling.

 

3. Fulfillment Timelines
 

• Ready-Mix Concrete Deliveries: Delivery times depend on project requirements and location. Standard fulfillment is within 3-5 business days after order confirmation.

• Concrete Pouring Services: Scheduling depends on labor and material availability. Fulfillment dates will be confirmed upon deposit.

• Delays due to weather conditions, unforeseen site issues, or material supply challenges will be communicated promptly.

 

4. On-Site Requirements
 

• Customers must ensure the site is accessible for concrete delivery trucks and equipment.

• Delays caused by site inaccessibility may incur additional charges.

 

5. Changes or Cancellations
 

• Changes to confirmed orders must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

• Cancellations after confirmation may result in a 20% cancellation fee to cover incurred costs.

 

6. Quality Assurance
 

• F and G Construction Inc. ensures high-quality concrete services meeting all industry standards.

• Customers must inspect the delivered concrete/services upon completion. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

 

7. Payment Policy
 

• Final payment is due upon project completion or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur a 2% late fee per month.

 

8. Refund Policy
 

• Refunds are provided only in cases where F and G Construction Inc. fails to fulfill the confirmed service order or deliver materials as per agreed specifications.

• Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete projects due to company-related issues.
